Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about who we are, what we deliver, and how to work with us — in Saudi Arabia, for Saudi Arabia.
Venture Insights is a Saudi consultancy for sports, entertainment, experiential and lifestyle ventures — the bridge between vision and execution. We take concepts from idea to market with strategy, creative direction, communications and execution, built for Saudi Arabia and Vision 2030.
Decision-grade studies and productized advisory: a free Concept Diagnostic, then fixed-price tiers from a campaign read to a full Decision-Ready Playbook, plus bespoke engagements scoped to larger projects. We produce the strategy and the evidence behind it. Where a concept then needs execution — creative, media, production, PR — we route that to vetted Saudi firms in our Strategic Partner Network and manage it for a flat platform fee.
No. We are a venture advisory: we produce the strategy, the feasibility work and the evidence a founder or investor needs to decide. We do not sell creative production, media buying, PR retainers or event operations as our own services. When a concept needs those, we route the work to vetted Saudi firms in our Strategic Partner Network — the client pays the partner directly and we charge a flat platform fee to manage delivery. Keeping the advice separate from the execution is deliberate: it is what lets us tell a founder their concept does not work.
Sports, entertainment, experiential and lifestyle — the sectors at the heart of Saudi Arabia's transformation. Our work cites local operators, Saudi market dynamics and KSA regulatory pathways, not translated foreign case studies.
We are headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our roots and deepest expertise are in the Kingdom, and our work reaches across the wider GCC, the broader MENA region and global markets.
No. We are rooted in Saudi Arabia and that local depth is our edge, but our work crosses borders in both directions: we take Saudi brands into regional and global culture — as with Al Haboob's international partnerships and Saff w Omzz's reach beyond the Kingdom — and we bring international brands into Saudi, as we did localizing the global KARVE brand for the market. We are the bridge between Saudi Arabia and the wider world, not a Saudi-only shop.
Brands we've shaped include Fractiq, Al Haboob, KARVE, The Dockx, Saff w Omzz, White Wedding and Titan Battle — across motorsport culture, boutique fitness, padel, food and beverage, events and sports technology. See the portfolio for full case studies.
Two doors: run the free Concept Diagnostic on our Solutions platform for an operator-grade read on your idea in 24–48 hours, or contact us directly — for high-value projects, a senior partner replies personally within one business day.
No. Your concept is handled privately and is never shared. The moment you submit it for a free Concept Diagnostic, we email you a sealed, timestamped Proof of Origin — dated, tamper-evident evidence that you described this idea to us on that date. To be clear, it is evidence of authorship and priority, not a patent, trademark or ownership claim, and Venture Insights claims no ownership of your idea.
Two practical moves. First, get dated evidence you can point to: our free Concept Diagnostic emails you a Proof of Origin the instant you submit, carrying a SHA-256 fingerprint of your exact wording that anyone can independently verify online. Second, for legal protection such as a patent or trademark, speak to a qualified IP lawyer — a Proof of Origin supports authorship and priority, but it is not a government-granted right.
A sealed, timestamped certificate we email you the moment you submit an idea for a diagnostic. It records who described the concept, in what words, and when — with a tamper-evident SHA-256 fingerprint kept in our append-only audit trail and verifiable online. It is contemporaneous evidence of authorship and priority; it is not a patent, trademark, copyright registration or any government-granted right, and we claim no ownership of your idea.
Venture Insights publishes VI Insights — free, cited monthly and quarterly market reports on Saudi sports, entertainment, experiential and lifestyle, with downloadable PDFs and an email subscription on our Solutions platform.
Submit your concept and the one question on your mind; within 24–48 hours you receive a PDF with named competitors, cited market sizing and an honest verdict on where the white space sits. The moment you submit, we also email you a free, sealed Proof of Origin. Free, no payment details, no obligation.
It's how we meet founders. Most people who take it never buy anything from us, and that's fine — we would rather be the name you call when you do. There is no catch and no payment details: you get the PDF whether or not you ever work with us. We keep no ownership of your idea, and the sealed Proof of Origin we email you says so in writing.

Fixed, locked SAR pricing, in the open: the Concept Diagnostic is free, the Campaign Brief is SAR 3,500, the Refinement Memo SAR 12,000, and the Full Playbook SAR 39,000 — plus VAT. Bespoke, fully managed projects are priced to scope. Two things make the ladder forgiving: a paid Refinement Memo is credited in full toward a Full Playbook within 90 days (banked, not sunk), and any paid engagement can be split 50/50 — half on-order to start, half on-delivery. Current per-mode detail lives on the Solutions platform.
The Full Playbook meets our Decision-Ready Standard: a clear go / no-go with its conditions, a raise number from a financial model derived from your inputs, a costed first 90 days and full execution plan, plus brand foundation, positioning, risks and KPIs. We're equally clear on what it is not: not a full or audited financial model or data room, not company formation or legal work, and not any guarantee of raising. Naming our limits is the opposite of a confident guess.
For flagship destinations, multi-year builds and brands that carry a city's ambition, Venture Insights assembles a dedicated senior team that runs the entire engagement for you — research, strategy, creative direction and hand-finished deliverables — end to end, privately, priced to scope.
No. Fees are fixed and transparent, and when execution is dispatched to our vetted partner network, Venture Insights charges the delivery partner a flat per-opportunity fee (plus VAT) — never an equity stake, never a cut of your budget, never your cap table.
Yes. Anyone who can introduce founders to Venture Insights — advisors, creators, community leaders, agencies — can join our referral program. Apply on our Solutions platform; once approved you get a personal referral link and earn a commission (currently 10% of the net fee) on a referred new client's first paid engagement, paid out monthly by bank transfer. Apply at ventureinsights.com.sa/affiliates.
You share your referral link; when a new founder reaches us through it and pays for their first engagement, you earn a one-time commission (currently 10% of the net, VAT-exclusive). It applies to new clients only, is tracked automatically, held for a short refund-protection period, then paid monthly once your balance passes the minimum. Self-referrals don't qualify. Full terms are in the Affiliate / Referral Partner Agreement on the platform.
Both. Strategy is delivered in-house; execution runs through our turnkey arm and a curated network of vetted Saudi delivery partners, with Venture Insights accountable for the final result.
Productized engagements deliver in 2–14 business days depending on the mode — campaign briefs are fastest, full strategy playbooks take up to two weeks. Bespoke project timelines are set with you at scoping.
Yes — fully bilingual. The site, the Solutions platform, the free Concept Diagnostic and client deliverables are available in both Arabic and English.
Yes. Market-entry work is a core use case — we localise positioning, pricing and partnerships for the Saudi market, as we did bringing KARVE's London-born concept to Jeddah.
Open roles are published on the careers page of our Solutions platform.
Apply to the Strategic Partner Network. We scope and get sign-off on the work with the client first, then route it to approved partners — so a brief reaches you with its deliverables, budget envelope and timeline already defined. You keep your full fee and the client pays you directly; we charge a flat fee per opportunity, never a percentage. Applications are open now, and briefs begin routing when the marketplace opens.
