The challenge
Titan Battle is Saudi Arabia's head-to-head strength league — purpose-built events, custom-engineered equipment, and a crowd that has grown louder with every season since 2024. The arena already had the spectacle. What it needed was a digital backbone that could keep pace with it: one place where athletes, captains and judges live before the fight, during it, and after the dust settles.

The Venture Insights role
We built that backbone — and we keep it running. The Titan Battle platform is where the league actually operates: athletes register and manage their teams, captains lock their rosters, judges certify and score straight from the floor, and the leaderboard moves the instant a score lands. On event day, the platform is the operation — a battle pass scans in seconds at check-in, heats and waves flow without a sheet of paper, and standings go live for anyone to follow. It runs end to end in Arabic and English, and we've shipped every release since, sharpening it season after season.
