The brand
KARVE is a women-only Transformer Pilates studio — low-impact, high-intensity 50-minute classes built around resistance-based Transformer machines. It brought a globally recognised name, with studios from Dubai and Kuwait City to Athens and London, into a fast-growing Saudi wellness market. That international pedigree was also the challenge: an established global identity had to feel genuinely local in Jeddah without losing what made it distinctive.
